All of your faxes will now be digital; meaning, incoming faxes will be emailed as an attachment (or a simple notification based on your preference). You can also access your faxes, as well as your fax log via the web page. Here is the link WEBFAX.

To send faxes, any user can send a document from their computer by simply printing to the fax server.

The only thing you will need to install on your pc’s (if desired) will be the fax upload tool. This creates a print driver on the pc called “Upload New Fax”.

The way it works:

• Any digital document on your pc that you can print, you would choose the “upload new fax” print driver and press print
• That opens a window that allows you to:
  • Create a cover sheet if desired (saved after first creation for reuse)
  • Add a digital signature if desired
  • Enter fax number of where document is to be going
  • Enter a subject line if desired
