This part-time position offers a growth path into full-time employment, with responsibilities split between project management and shipping/receiving operations at our main facility.
Service Technician
DCS Technologies Corporation, a regional leader in Office Equipment and Office Automation, is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our experienced and growing team. With over 40 years of commitment to exceptional customer service, we provide maintenance and support for multifunction copiers, printers, and related devices—primarily Sharp, HP, and Lexmark, along with HP/Canon plotters and thermal printers. In this role, you will be responsible for both in-house and on-site service, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to perform independent repair research when needed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Proficiency with Microsoft and Android applications is expected, and certifications such as A+ or Net+ are a plus. SDR's assist Account Mangers in growing business revenue with current and new opportunities. The SDR works to set meetings and business reviews for Account Mangers.
The SDR works target lists to keep the customer relationship healthy and growing, creating awareness of all relevant DCS offerings and to provide account support along with operations and customer service.
Work in CRM software to reach out to customers and keep notes on current and upcoming opportunities. Work with sales and marketing to provide feedback and insight on sales resources and marketing collateral. Cold call customers or call current customers to find new business opportunities. Attend relevant meetings via remote call or attend in person if arranged by management
