SDR's assist Account Mangers in growing business revenue with current and new opportunities. The SDR works to set meetings and business reviews for Account Mangers.
The SDR works target lists to keep the customer relationship healthy and growing, creating awareness of all relevant DCS offerings and to provide account support along with operations and customer service.
Work in CRM software to reach out to customers and keep notes on current and upcoming opportunities. Work with sales and marketing to provide feedback and insight on sales resources and marketing collateral. Cold call customers or call current customers to find new business opportunities. Attend relevant meetings via remote call or attend in person if arranged by management
